About the Role

You will be responsible for managing projects from conception through to completion, liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of commercial architectural projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Manage client relationships and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, M&E consultants, and other specialists.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Architecture and ARB registration.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering commercial architectural projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit , and relevant project management software.
• Strong understanding of commercial property market dynamics and construction costs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
