Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of commercial clients.
- Identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and cash management solutions.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment for new and existing clients.
- Prepare credit applications and present them to the credit committee.
- Monitor client portfolios for potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Represent the bank at local business events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in commercial banking, relationship management, or credit analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, credit principles, and banking regulations.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and financial analysis tools.
