About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations in various commercial properties across Edinburgh . You will be responsible for scheduling, training, quality control, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning operatives to ensure efficient service delivery.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.

Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning , with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety legislation, including COSHH, relevant to cleaning services in Edinburgh .
