About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for commercial clients in and around Coventry . This role involves managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring service quality, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will be responsible for scheduling, training, and supervising cleaning crews to deliver outstanding results in office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial venues. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of commercial cleaning operatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
