Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitation duties for commercial spaces, including offices, retail units, and common areas.
• Execute detailed tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing washrooms and kitchen facilities.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained, replenished, and stored correctly after use.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines, to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed within the premises to the site supervisor promptly.
• Manage time effectively to complete all assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes to meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial or domestic cleaning, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and product usage.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures, particularly in relation to cleaning chemicals and equipment (COSHH awareness is essential).
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
