Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including service, supply, distribution, and partnership agreements.
• Advise clients on contractual risks, liabilities, and dispute resolution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant commercial laws and regulations.
• Manage and maintain the firm's contract management system and templates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years of experience specializing in commercial contract law .
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of UK commercial law and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a busy office environment.
