Commercial Contracts Lawyer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their fully remote legal team. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's diverse commercial activities by drafting, reviewing, and advising on a wide range of agreements. You will work closely with various departments, ensuring contractual terms protect the company's interests and comply with all legal and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, NDAs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide clear and concise legal advice on contractual risks, liabilities, and obligations.
• Ensure all contracts comply with relevant UK and international laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing and refining standard contract templates and legal processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into legally sound agreements.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales with a minimum of 4 years' PQE.
• Significant experience in drafting and managing commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of commercial law principles and contractual interpretation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal terms clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a demanding remote workload effectively.
