Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer – £45,000 + OTE £50k+ + Van

Location: Newcastle & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime (OTE £50,000+) + Company Van

Are you a Commercial Gas Engineer looking for a stable role with strong earning potential and a varied portfolio of commercial sites?

We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing FM provider covering contracts across Newcastle and surrounding areas.

The Role

• PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems
• Working on boilers, heating systems and associated plant
• Fault finding, repairs and remedial works
• Attending breakdowns and emergency call-outs
• Completing compliance paperwork and job reports
• Working across sites including retail, hospitality, healthcare and commercial buildings

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
• Flexible working available
• Overtime available / TOIL

Requirements

• Commercial Gas qualifications (CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1 or equivalent)
• Experience within commercial maintenance / FM
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Full UK driving licence
