Commercial Gas Engineer
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
Location: Midlands
Permanent | Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing team covering the Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer with strong commercial experience to work across a varied portfolio of sites, including hospitals, shopping centres and other large commercial properties.
The role will involve a mixture of service, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, installations and PPMs, as well as supporting small works and projects valued up to £2 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair commercial gas and heating systems.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
- Diagnose and rectify faults on commercial heating equipment.
- Complete commercial gas installations and small works.
- Work across a variety of commercial sites, including hospitals and shopping centres.
- Complete required paperwork and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and to the required standards.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial ACS Gas qualifications.
- Previous experience working on commercial heating systems.1>
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Commercial Gas / Heating engineering experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
