Commercial Insurance Account Executives

Newbury (Hybrid/Remote) | £50,000 - £85,000 Basic + Bonus + Genuine Equity Opportunity

Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive who feels constrained by corporate structures, endless reporting lines, and limited financial reward for the business you generate?

What if you could build something of your own, benefit directly from its growth, and have a genuine opportunity to create a significant financial outcome within the next few years?

CKB Recruitment are delighted to be working with an ambitious, fast-growing independent insurance brokerage that is rapidly establishing itself as a major player within the commercial insurance market.

Having recently completed their second year of trading, the business is on track to achieve £1 million in commission income and has ambitious plans to grow to £1.5 million and beyond. Their growth has been driven primarily through Construction and Property sectors, but they are now looking to expand further and bring in talented individuals who want to help shape the future direction of the business.

The Opportunity

This is not your traditional Account Executive role.

You'll have the freedom to develop and grow your own portfolio and genuinely earn from the book you create, with growth based shares. Whether your expertise lies in Construction, Property, General Commercial, Technology, Professional Services, or another niche sector, the business is open-minded and keen to support the development of new divisions and specialisms.

You'll be joining a business where entrepreneurial thinking is encouraged, decisions are made quickly, and success is rewarded properly.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

The founders have created a business model designed to reward people who genuinely contribute to its growth.

Alongside a highly competitive salary and bonus structure, there is a genuine equity and growth share opportunity available.

The long-term plan is to build significant value and ultimately exit the business within a set time frame. Individuals who contribute to building commission income will directly benefit from that growth, with a x1 growth share available on your book of business, to allow you to unlock this at point of sale.

In simple terms, if you build a £500,000 income portfolio, there is the potential to realise this as a financial return when the business is sold.

For ambitious Account Executives, this could genuinely be a career and life-changing opportunity.
