Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms and conditions with insurers to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring continuity of cover and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market developments, new products, and regulatory changes within the commercial insurance sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance broking or a sales-focused insurance role.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the insurance market.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively towards sales targets and client service objectives.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) are a plus.
