Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker , with a strong focus on commercial lines.
• Excellent understanding of the commercial insurance market and various product offerings.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and insurers.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CII) are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate client records.
