Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing commercial clients to understand their insurance requirements.
• Source, compare, and present insurance quotes and policy options from various providers.
• Negotiate terms and premiums with insurers to secure the best possible cover for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Provide expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions for businesses.
• Process new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance broking, particularly within the commercial lines sector.
• Excellent understanding of commercial insurance products and the insurance market.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Familiarity with insurance broking software and systems.
• Commitment to achieving professional qualifications, such as ACII, is highly valued.
