Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Assess client's business risks and recommend appropriate insurance coverage and risk management strategies.
• Source, compare, and present insurance quotes from various providers.
• Negotiate policy terms, conditions, and premiums with insurers and clients.
• Manage client renewals, identifying opportunities for growth or adjustments to coverage.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients on insurance matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, specifically within the commercial sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the insurance market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into insurance solutions.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CII) are highly desirable.
