About the Role

You will build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of commercial clients, understanding their unique risks and providing tailored insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, identifying their needs and providing expert advice.
• Source, compare, and present insurance quotes and policy options from a range of reputable insurers.
• Negotiate terms, premiums, and coverage levels to achieve optimal results for clients.
• Handle client queries, mid-term adjustments, renewals, and claims support effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and insurance providers.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance broking , preferably within the commercial sector.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of various commercial insurance products and markets.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) are highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets within the Cardiff office.
