About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Broker to join their established brokerage in Manchester . You will be responsible for advising businesses on their insurance needs, sourcing appropriate cover, and building long-term client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service. You will be instrumental in growing the commercial lines book of business and contributing to the firm's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial insurance business opportunities through networking and proactive prospecting.
• Analyse client's business operations to identify potential risks and recommend suitable insurance coverage.
• Negotiate terms and premiums with various insurers to secure the best possible deals for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and advice to existing clients, managing renewals and policy adjustments.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or similar client-facing role within the commercial insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, markets, and underwriting processes.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with business owners and decision-makers.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to insurance broking in the UK .
