Commercial Manager – Fire & Smoke Protection Projects

Candidate Portal is seeking a Commercial Manager for Fire & Smoke Control to oversee the full commercial lifecycle across multiple projects in the UK. You will ensure contracts are compliant and projects remain financially profitable from enquiry to final account.

The role requires 5+ years in Quantity Surveying or commercial roles, with strong NEC/JCT knowledge and proven forecasting and financial reporting experience. Experience in fire safety or manufacturing is preferred.
