Senior QS / Commercial Manager for Major NW Envelope Project

Winsearch is supporting a leading envelope and roofing contractor in the North West to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager on a major long-term project in Wirral/North West. This is a permanent role with strong commercial exposure and progression.

The successful candidate will lead commercial activity across procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts, with NEC contract experience and a hands-on approach to project delivery.
