Commercial Manager, Fit Out & Small Works Lead

Clarkson Owens Recruitment is working with a growing Glasgow contractor to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on fit out and small works projects. The role is hands-on and includes mentoring a small commercial team, managing tendering, cost control and final accounts.

You will work closely with clients and subcontractors, identify risks and opportunities, and drive value from start to finish.
