Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
• Manage all contract administration, including tendering, negotiation, and final accounts.
• Oversee cost control, financial forecasting, and risk management for projects.
• Lead and mentor commercial teams, including quantity surveyors and contract administrators.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction project finances.
• Expert knowledge of various forms of construction contracts.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and financial acumen.
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar.
