We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established and growing Building Services business.

This is a mobile role covering Edinburgh, the East and Fife, carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.

The Role

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

* Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs

* Fault finding and remedial works

* Maintenance of hot and cold water systems

* Pipework, sanitaryware, taps, toilets and associated plumbing systems

* Minor installations and replacement works

* Liaising with clients and site contacts

* Completing job sheets and service documentation

* Working independently across a mobile commercial portfolio

What We’re Looking For

* Experienced Commercial / Maintenance Plumber

* Strong commercial maintenance experience

* FM or Building Services experience advantageous

* Relevant plumbing qualifications

* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Professional and customer-focused approach

* Full UK Driving Licence
