About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Premises Cleaner to ensure a high level of cleanliness and presentation in their properties located in and around Plymouth . This role is essential for maintaining a positive image and a healthy environment for staff and clients. You will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks, working flexibly to cover different sites and times. The successful candidate will be reliable, thorough, and dedicated to delivering excellent service, contributing to the smooth operation and professional appearance of the businesses we support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties for commercial offices, retail spaces, and common areas.
• Sanitize and maintain restroom facilities, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
• Empty all waste bins and ensure proper disposal of rubbish and recycling.
• Operate cleaning machinery such as floor polishers and carpet cleaners as required.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and stored correctly.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a commercial cleaner or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently.
• Good physical health to perform demanding cleaning tasks.
