About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on commercial property investments, acquisitions, and disposals.

• Manage and advise on commercial property portfolios, including lettings, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
• Negotiate terms for commercial leases and sales agreements on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial property consultancy, agency, or investment.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, including office, retail, and industrial sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships effectively in a remote environment.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS) are highly desirable.
