Commercial Property Lawyer – Hybrid, 3-Month Local Authority Contract

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is assisting a Local Authority in the Home Counties to appoint an interim Commercial Property Lawyer. The role requires a strong track record in commercial property and at least 5 years PQE within a local authority setting.

You will manage a mixed caseload including sales, purchases, leases, licenses and title reports, with some residential exposure considered a bonus. The position is 37 hours per week, hybrid working, with a start during the week of 10 August.
