About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in the vibrant city of Manchester, Greater Manchester . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and profitability of commercial real estate assets. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors, and stakeholders, managing all aspects of property operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled manager to take ownership of key assets within a dynamic urban landscape, working closely with a supportive team dedicated to excellence in property management services.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, repairs, and security.
Managing tenant relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring lease agreement compliance.
Coordinating with vendors and contractors for property services and capital improvement projects.
Preparing and managing property budgets, including forecasting expenses and revenue.
Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Leading the leasing process for vacant units, including marketing, tenant screening, and lease negotiation.

Requirements

Proven experience of at least 4 years as a Property Manager , specifically for commercial real estate.
Strong understanding of building systems , maintenance requirements, and health and safety regulations.
Excellent tenant relations and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.
Ability to manage budgets effectively and make sound financial decisions for the properties.
