About the Role

Our client seeks a proactive and organized Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in and around Manchester . This hybrid role requires a blend of on-site management and remote administrative tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of properties, managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing service charge budgets. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated property professional to manage a key set of assets and contribute to the operational excellence of a growing real estate portfolio, balancing office presence with the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties , including maintenance, repairs, and health and safety compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee service charge budgets, expenditure, and contractor management.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of upkeep and security.
• Collaborate with leasing teams to facilitate new tenant onboarding and lease renewals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management , preferably within the commercial sector.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and best practices in property maintenance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in both an office and remote setting.
• Relevant property management qualification is advantageous.
