About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee their growing portfolio in the Birmingham area. This hybrid role requires a balance of on-site presence for property inspections and tenant relations, alongside remote work for administrative tasks and strategic planning. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and profitability of commercial properties, acting as the primary point of contact for tenants and external service providers. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets for each property, ensuring cost-effectiveness and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee tenant relations, including lease negotiations, rent collection, and dispute resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, lease terms, and company standards.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, building systems, and real estate regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee maintenance operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
