Commercial Property Solicitor | Southend-on-Sea or Hatfield Peverel | Full-Time | Office-Based preferred, but hybrid working is available up to 2 days a week

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the busy Commercial Property Departments based in Southend-on-Sea or Hatfield Peverel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented solicitor to become part of a collaborative and professional team, handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.

The successful applicant will have experience across a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:

Commercial conveyancing Landlord and tenant matters Financing and development agreements
