Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed surveys and inspections of commercial properties, identifying structural issues and potential risks.
• Prepare comprehensive property valuations for a range of commercial assets, including retail, office, and industrial.
• Advise clients on acquisition and disposal strategies, including market analysis and negotiation support.
• Manage lease negotiations and renewals, ensuring favourable terms for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other industry professionals.
• Stay abreast of commercial property market trends, legislation, and best practices in Bradford and beyond.

Requirements

• Qualified Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS preferred) with significant experience in commercial property .
• Proven expertise in property valuation, lease advisory, and building surveying.
• In-depth knowledge of the commercial property market, particularly in the West Yorkshire area.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver accurate reports within deadlines.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
