About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Valuer to join their established team in Norwich . This critical role involves providing accurate and reliable valuations for a diverse range of commercial properties across Norfolk, supporting clients with acquisitions, disposals, financing, and portfolio management. You will be responsible for conducting detailed property assessments, researching market trends, and preparing comprehensive valuation reports. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the commercial property sector and a commitment to delivering high-quality professional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and appraisals of various commercial properties .
• Perform detailed market research and analysis to determine accurate property values.
• Prepare and present professional valuation reports for a variety of purposes, including RICS Red Book valuations.
• Advise clients on property investment, acquisition, and disposal strategies.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals involved in commercial property transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Norwich and wider Norfolk commercial property market.

Requirements

• Qualified Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with a specialization in commercial valuation.
• Proven experience in commercial property valuation and advisory services.
• In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies, property law, and market dynamics.
• Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
