Commercial Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established law firm with a strong client base and ambitions to expand further.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion
• Advising on commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Handling landlord and tenant matters and commercial leases
• Acting on development site acquisitions and property investment transactions
• Advising on refinancing, secured lending and option agreements
• Dealing with conditional contracts and general commercial property transactions
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Commercial Property / Commercial Real Estate
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Client-focused, proactive and relationship-driven
• Experience dealing with developers, investors, lenders or commercial asset transactions (desirable) What's on Offer?
