About the Role

Our client is seeking compassionate and reliable Community Care Assistants for part-time roles in Plymouth . Key Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Help with household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and preparing nutritious meals.
• Administer medication as per care plans, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Provide companionship and engage service users in social activities and conversation.
• Support individuals in attending appointments and accessing community facilities.
• Accurately record all care provided and any observations or changes in the service user's condition.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
• Good communication skills, able to listen and respond effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in various home environments.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and complete required training modules.
• Must have the ability to travel to client locations throughout Plymouth .
