You will offer practical and emotional support, working with clients to meet their specific care needs and promote their well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Help clients with meal preparation, domestic tasks, and managing their medication as prescribed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities.
• Accurately document care plans, services provided, and client progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any changes in a client's condition or needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a caregiving or support role is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with a compassionate and patient nature.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults and maintaining confidentiality.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
