Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals and support clients with feeding, adhering to dietary requirements.
• Administer prescribed medications safely and efficiently, following strict protocols.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to combat social isolation.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, performing light domestic duties as required.
• Accurately record care provided and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care setting is advantageous, particularly in domiciliary care .
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to travel independently within the Coventry area.
