Community Family Hub Outreach Worker (Hybrid)

Durham County Council is recruiting Outreach Workers to support children and families within community settings. You will plan, deliver and evaluate group programmes for children, young people and parents, including home visits to improve access to services.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification, experience with under-5s and families, multi-agency collaboration, and strong communication. Applicants must be able to work in partnership with other professionals and be prepared for safeguarding
