• Analyze fundraising data, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising , ideally within the charity sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing community-based fundraising initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in database management and CRM systems for tracking donations and donor engagement.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
