Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative community fundraising campaigns and events to maximize income and supporter engagement.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, community groups, and individual donors.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to support fundraising activities and events.
• Create compelling fundraising materials, including appeals, proposals, and presentations, tailored to specific audiences.
• Monitor fundraising performance against targets, analyse data, and report on key metrics to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in charity fundraising , particularly in community or event-based fundraising.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing fundraising campaigns and achieving income targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
