Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive community fundraising plans and campaigns across Leicester and surrounding areas.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, community groups, schools, and corporate partners.
- Organize and manage a diverse range of fundraising events, from small local gatherings to larger sponsored challenges.
- Inspire and recruit volunteers to support fundraising activities, providing them with guidance and motivation.
- Track, report on, and analyze fundraising progress against set targets, identifying opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in charity fundraising or a related community engagement role.
