Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative community fundraising strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Organise and manage fundraising events, challenges, and campaigns within the Leicester region.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, schools, and community groups to foster long-term engagement.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to support fundraising activities.
• Track, analyse, and report on fundraising progress, ensuring accurate data management and effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising , particularly within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
• Demonstrable success in developing and delivering successful fundraising campaigns and events.
• Excellent communication , negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
