Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive community fundraising plan to meet or exceed income targets for the Aberdeen region.
• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key community stakeholders, including schools, local businesses, and community groups.
• Organise and deliver engaging fundraising events, challenges, and campaigns that maximise participation and donations.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to support fundraising activities and events.
• Create compelling fundraising materials and communications to inspire support and clearly articulate the charity's impact.
• Monitor fundraising performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports on progress against objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising , ideally within the charity sector or a community-focused role.
• Demonstrable success in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire action.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in event planning and volunteer management.
