About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive community fundraising strategies to maximize income generation.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key community groups, businesses, and individuals to secure new funding opportunities.
• Organize and manage a diverse portfolio of fundraising events and challenges, ensuring successful delivery and participant engagement.
• Create compelling fundraising materials and communications to inspire support and promote campaigns effectively.
• Analyze fundraising performance data to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide support and guidance to volunteers involved in community fundraising activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in charity fundraising , with a focus on community engagement and events.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding fundraising targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in developing and executing creative fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
