About the Role

Our client, a respected organisation within the Charity & Voluntary sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Fundraising Manager to lead their efforts in Aberdeen . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive community fundraising plans to meet or exceed annual income targets.
• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and community groups in Aberdeen .
• Organise and manage local fundraising events, appeals, and campaigns, ensuring a positive donor experience.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to support fundraising activities.
• Analyse fundraising performance data and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Represent the organisation at community events and build brand awareness within Aberdeen .

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in charity fundraising , particularly within community engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in event management and campaign coordination.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fundraising environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
