Key Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, and deliver a diverse range of community fundraising events and activities throughout the Leicester region.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with corporate partners, community groups, schools, and individual supporters.
• Develop compelling fundraising materials and communications to engage potential donors and promote fundraising opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to support fundraising events and initiatives.
• Track and report on fundraising progress, ensuring targets are met and donor stewardship is maintained.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fundraising or community engagement role, preferably within the charity sector.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing events and campaigns to achieve income targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
