Community Mental Health Assessor - Part-Time (15 hrs/wk)

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mental Health Professional at Band 6 for the Assessment Service. This part-time role (15 hours per week) is based in Truro Health Park, with a salary of £39,959 - £48,117 pro rata per annum.

The post requires experience in mental health assessment and the ability to work in partnership with GPs, community mental health teams and other services. Travel across Cornwall is involved, and a supportive, flexible working environment is offered.
