Community Mental Health Assessor - Part-Time (Cornwall)

Cornwall Partnership Foundation NHS Trust is seeking clinicians to join a community-based mental health assessment team in the Mid Cornwall area. The role is part time (15 hours per week) with travel across county locations and coordination with GPs, social care and VCSE services.

You will provide holistic mental health assessments, triage referrals and signpost next steps. A background in RMN, RNLD, OT or social work plus strong communication and teamwork is required.
