Community Mental Health Practitioner — Flexible Hours

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Bury is recruiting a Community Mental Health Practitioner for the SMHT service. You will be the key worker for a defined client group, delivering holistic mental health care, risk and care planning, and patient-centred interventions.

The role includes supervising staff and students, contributing to service development and social inclusion. A driving license and HCPC/NMC registration are required, with training supported where needed.
