About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Community Outreach Coordinator to join their team in Newcastle upon Tyne . This role is instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships within the local community, identifying needs, and coordinating support services to enhance the well-being of residents. You will work closely with local organisations, community groups, and individuals to develop and implement outreach programs. This hybrid position allows for a blend of office-based collaboration and flexible remote work, ensuring you can effectively engage with stakeholders both in person and virtually to drive positive community impact within Tyne and Wear .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic community outreach plans to identify and engage target populations.
• Organise and facilitate community events, workshops, and information sessions, both in-person and online.
• Build and nurture relationships with local charities, government agencies, and community leaders.
• Coordinate the delivery of support services and resources to meet identified community needs.
