Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach events, workshops, and awareness campaigns across the Birmingham area.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, local organisations, and potential volunteers.
• Develop engaging outreach materials, including flyers, social media content, and presentations.
• Represent the organisation at community fairs, meetings, and public forums.
• Gather feedback from community members to inform program development and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in community engagement , outreach, or event coordination, preferably within the voluntary sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
