About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic and organized Community Outreach Coordinator to enhance their services in Newcastle upon Tyne . This role is central to connecting individuals with essential community resources and support networks, acting as a vital link between our services and the people who need them most. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering outreach programs, building strong relationships with local partners, and ensuring our client's services are accessible and well-understood within the community. This hybrid position offers a blend of field-based engagement and office-based coordination to maximize impact across Tyne and Wear .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to engage target communities and individuals.
• Organize and deliver information sessions, workshops, and events to promote services and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, charities, and other community organizations.
• Collect feedback from the community to inform service development and delivery improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community development, outreach, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a varied workload in Newcastle .
