Community Recovery Support Worker – Make a Difference

Waythrough is seeking three Support Workers (Community Connectors) to join our team in Buckinghamshire. You will provide advice, support and advocacy, work on recovery plans, and assist with assessment and case management while upholding safeguarding policies.

We welcome applicants with NVQ 2/3 in Social Care or those willing to achieve it. Applicants from diverse backgrounds are encouraged. This rolling recruitment closes 28 August 2026.
